1. Orders & Payment:

All orders must be prepaid. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

2. Shipping:

We ship orders within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 5–8 days. We are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier service.

3. Returns & Refunds:

We accept returns only if the book arrives damaged. You must report the issue within 2 days of delivery, along with unboxing video proof. No return for buyer’s remorse or used books in expected condition.

4. Book Condition:

Pre-loved books may show signs of use (e.g. folded pages, slightly yellowed edges), but all are in readable and decent condition. The condition is always mentioned on the product page.
